We’ve been listening to our clients and you’ve made clear that spending time managing technical surveys is not considered time well spent. In fact, it can be a significant distraction and source of unnecessary complication, reducing your ability to focus on the issues that are important to you.
Based on this feedback, we’ve developed a unique multidisciplinary offering that we believe will be of interest and benefit to our clients and the delivery of their development projects.
The agb Environmental team has championed the concept of the multidisciplinary service offering. But this means more than simply a “one stop shop”. To us, this means:
- Delivery, coordination and project management of multiple environmental services.
- A single point of contact for our clients to discuss the project.
- Utilising specialist tools such as a cloud based project management system to coordinate our activity.
- Summarising pertinent findings to focus on the issues that matter.
In fact, we’ve shaped and grown the business around this multidisciplinary philosophy, so we can make the most of the benefits our unique approach can bring.
To our teams, this means more than just delivering a survey; it means becoming an integral part of delivering the desired outcome of the project, whether to achieve planning approval, a sale, or for construction.
Of course, we realise that not all clients want or need this level of service. Sometimes cost effective surveys are the key requirement, and we will always aim to provide this on single service projects where access to our more comprehensive project management approach is not required. These projects will continue to benefit from our specialist knowledge and skills, and undoubtedly our project management capabilities will always be useful!
