Project Management

agb Environmental’s Project Management service supports wider programmes of work

Established in 2009, agb Environmental has grown to become a multidisciplinary environmental engineering specialist, able to complete a wide range of technical surveys. This approach enables agb Environmental to save your project time and money whilst ensuring continuity throughout the project.

Always providing a high level of service, agb Environmental is proud to offer a Project Management approach to support larger and wider programmes of work. We work with our clients to provide, coordinate and deliver multiple or all environmental surveys and assessments on a project. With our mission to enable development, we aim to achieve this by supporting and co-ordinating your project taking into account the ‘bigger picture’ stance of the entire development.

Aspiring to a project team approach on all projects, agb Environmental provides several specialist experts to assist with works such as pre-planning, divestment, acquisition, construction tendering or as part of a planning application.

With many of the key environmental services in-house, agb Environmental also works with a range of carefully selected subcontractors and sub consultants to offer a more comprehensive service. By doing so, the experienced team is able to combine its services through a dedicated, trained and experienced agb Environmental Project Manager. This provides you with a higher level of service, great value for money and a lesser risk of complications, had the work been completed via individual companies.

Ideal for medium to large scale projects, multiple projects requiring various services, complex projects with numerous planning conditions or scoping projects to assist with development planning, agb Environmental’s Project Management Service can eliminate conflicting advice thereby reducing costly redrafting time.

Property and planning consultants, architects working on multiple unit and larger industrial schemes, Local Authorities working on social housing, and larger Housing Association Schemes will benefit greatly from the simpler project team structure and reduced communication complexity that our project management service implements.

Its ability to project manage is what sets agb Environmental apart. The team has invested in a Project Management structure to ensure you have a dedicated, trained and capable Project Manager working to enable your development.
